Chen Jingtian, Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant at Yuan Associates, Chen draws on his experience as a senior Navy captain and military attaché to the Embassy of People's Republic of China in the U.S.  Mr. Chen served in Chinese Navy for 39 years.  While in the Navy, he served as C.O. a submarine chaser and and X.O. of a missile destroyer, as well as the deputy director of the general office of Navy headquarters. He was twice sent to the United States where he served as Navy deputy military attaché and Navy military attaché of Embassy of People's Republic of China in the U.S. for ten years.

Mr. Chen studied at the PLA University of Foreign Languages in Nanjing, the Dalian Naval Academy, the Naval Command Academy in Nanjing, China Foreign Affairs University and the PLA Institute of International Relations Nanjing.
