Cynthia Xing joined Yuan Associates in June 2005. As Consultant for Yuan Associates, Ms. Xing is responsible for overall government affairs service and management. She brings valuable international experience to our team in her role as Chinese PR and GR manager for multinational client accounts.

While in England, Ms. Xing worked at the International Office of the University of Central Lancashire as a consultant and administrative assistant for the Principal International Officer dealing with all international issues, in particular responsible for a joint program with the British Home Office of international immigration for 2 years. After coming back to China in 2005, she worked as the Project Coordination Manager at Zhongjia International Commercial Service Ltd. Company responsible for international client accounts before joining Yuan Associates.

Ms. Xing holds a Master of Arts degree in Service Management and Strategic Communication at the University of Central Lancashire, a Postgraduate diploma in Business and Management at the University of Manchester and a Bachelors of Engineering degree in Mobile Telecommunication.

Ms. Xing speaks Mandarin and fluent English.
