Ms. Luo is a consultant in our government relations practice, and is also a qualified lawyer in the PRC.

Prior to joining Yuan Associates, Ms. Luo worked with the British Council Beijing Office as a legal consultant, drafting proposals for Sino-British development projects on issues such as human rights. Before moving to Beijing, Ms. Luo worked as legal trainee at Jinshunda Law Firm in Changsha.

Ms. Luo holds an LLM from the University of Sheffield, England and an LLB from the South-Central University of Nationalities, Wuhan.
