Mr. Qi has over three years experience in government relations. Prior to joining Yuan Associates, he worked as Account Executive for Edelman and Burson Marstellar, where he was responsible for both government affairs and corporate reputation for several accounts.

Mr. Qi also worked for four years in the Press Bureau of the State Council Information Office, where he was responsible for handling press conferences for ministries under the State Council and for publicity work on major national events, such as the Shanghai APEC meeting and the Boao Forum for Asia.

Mr. Qi has a bachelor’s degree in Diplomacy from the Beijing Foreign Affairs College and another bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Heilongjiang University. Mr. Qi speaks Mandarin and fluent English.
