Mr. Chen is a consultant in our government relations practice.

Prior to joining Yuan Associates, Mr. Chen as a public affairs manager at LG electronics, where he worked to develop and maintain government relations at central the provincial/municipal level, arranged executive meetings with government agencies and handled policy monitoring and research.

Before joining LG, Mr. Chen worked as senior desk officer at the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), a government investment promotion organization under the leadership of the State Council.

Mr. Chen holds a bachelors degree in economics from Shanghai International Studies University.
